Unbelievably, these people twice tried to talk us out of travel plans. Not everyone can travel in the high season but they don't seem to recognize that some of us have school, sports, etc that make it necessary to travel in the off season. Very negative attitude and unprofessional. Cannot recommend.

I was there with a family member, and they were unprofessional and rude to that family member. I do not recommend them.

When we booked our vacation to Hawaii and the airline went under before our trip we thought we we sunk! But by saving grace we had booked our flight through Avanti Travel, and our trip was saved. Not only did we get a replacement flight, but it was a better flight schedule than originally booked. Thank you to everyone at Avanti! We have learned our lesson, if you book online you could get screwed, if you book through Avanti your worries are gone!
