Jerry Partin from Haley Two Salon has been my hairdresser for many years. I had to leave him for about 5 years when I moved away from Richmond. I was so happy to return to Jerry as he can cut my hair better than ANYONE. Secondly, he is meticulous and really focuses on his client. He really is an exceptional colorist as well. This shop has a friendly inviting atmosphere and should feel comfortable to any adult.
