This place is awesome! Such a cozy atmosphere and a very comfortable place to exercise without feeling the pressures of the big chain gym's. The trainer Karen is amazing, very professional and patient. She explains everything very clear and is very knowledgeable in various ways to get you to your end goals. I highly reccomend this locally owned facility!
