TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and LIARS! NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I had a reservation for my rental for today 9/23/17 . They were supposed to schedule a pick-up for me from a Universal Collision center in Tallahassee. THEY NEVER showed up! I called them at least 4 times to ask what was going on and where my shuttle service was. The girl over the phone said: "The driver was on the way." 3 hours later no driver showed up. She simply LIED to me over the phone! I asked for her employee ID and name, she hung up on me. The worst part is that I had 2 children with me (5 and 8 years old). We had no other way of transportation and they knew about it. I kept telling and telling her about it, that I have to have a rental vehicle, I have children with me. After she hung up on me, I called just 800 number for Enterprise, the man who answered the phone just said sorry but the location closed at noon and we couldn't help you now. That was their answer. I had to figure out on my own how I could get home with the children.
Supposedly, I will have a rental vehicle tomorrow. There's another location that is open from noon till 4. So we'll see how that goes. I'll update my review. I would have chosen a different company but I can't as of right now because it's an insurance reservation. As of right now, I would never ever recommend this company and the office on Tharpe Street in Tallahassee to anyone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. What makes it worse, that they LIED over the phone the driver was on the way.

Update: I was able to pick up my rental car at 1485 Blountstown St, Tallahassee, FL 32304. The sent a diver to pick us up from home. This time at this location they were able to contact the driver to see where he was at.

This is, by far, been the best experience I've had renting a car. The staff are very friendly and the car was great!

I have rented from this location a few times in the past. The customer service is great and all the employees i have dealt with are friendly and courteous. The vehicles are always clean and ready when you get there. The only downside to Enterprise is there high deposit rate they charge of $200.00. Other companies charge a $50 deposit on visa. all in all i highly recommend Enterprise.

The staff were very professional and responsive in spite of it being a very busy travel weekend.

The van we rented was clean, in good working order and ready on time. There was no problem when we needed to extend our rental for an additional day.

This will definitely be my go to rental location.
