Enjoyed the experience of walking through the store and viewing the furniture in a pre-designed room. Parking was great. However, my experience was ruined by the terrible customer service at the end. Staff were unaccommodating and unwilling to even attempt to assist me.

When I was in the Adelaide store today, As we were entering a young mum with a pram and a handful of your products was leaving the store. Due to bad design prams do not fit through your bollards leaving you with 2 options. 1 lift you pram and child over the bollards putting both of you at risk of injury. This should be addressed as it's an OHS risk. The second option is to exit from your concealed gate which this particular mother choose to do. As she was doing this a staff member aggressively yelled at her from a large distance to close the gate as she was struggling with her pram and her purchases. As i am sure everyone one would agree the correct action here would of been can I help you with anything. If you want families to shop at your store this needs to be addressed along with your staff members poor attitude to customers.

I love the ideas you get from waking through. They have a wide variety of home furnishings to furnish any living space. Only downside is that you have to walk through most of the departments to get to the one you want. Other than that its a DIY haven!

Large store with unique items of all sorts including furniture, kitchenware, lounge, kids stuff, outdoors and much more.
Beautiful designs and artistic manner of self construction is really amazing. It has a cafe and lunch area which serves various varieties of food.

I'm not a big fan of the furniture. Love the little bits and pieces for sale. The hot dogs are pretty nice too.
If you want to just grab spmething and leave, look up the map or ask a worker to show you the best route
