Beachside Yoga And Massage

Seduced by the promise of a sea view, I walked the 15 mins from my accommodation, past multiple other yoga centres this morning. However, when I arrived 5 mins early they were actually practicing in a small room with limited sea view and were "full". No attempt was made to accommodate me, despite there being ample space between mats. So much for "no need to book" as communicated on the website.

I guess everything happens for a reason because I had just enough time to divert to Byron Yoga Centre which was fantastic! Very happy :)

My girlfriends and I came in for a prewedding private yoga class with Sharon in early March and I just wanted to send some kind words and well wishes your way! The class was absolutely magical! It was my last yoga class before I got married and we did it as a 'Hen's weekend' activity. It honestly blew me away how powerful, humbling, and nourishing the class felt. The energy was palpable and Sharon was more than wonderful! I recommend the class to everyone but especially for those ladies or gentlemen who are about to embark on a new chapter of life and want to feel recharged and full of love surrounded by strangers or your closest loved ones.
Thank you for the experience!
Will be 100% be back when I'm next in Byron!
