InBalance Physio's website says it all...bringing balance to life. Recurrent hamstring issue sorted. Thanks to Lisa for the restorative and enlightening physio sessions (mobility back, hurrah!). And Nat who advised Pilates to effectively maintain my awesome (yep, i never use that word - or generally write reviews) mobility. Balanced? Yes.
