I wanted to share my wonderful experience at Victoria's.
I'm blonde and get my eyebrows tinted and have had some awful experiences walking out of different beauticians with black eyebrows! At Victoria's they listen to what I want and deliver every time. My eyebrows have never been too dark since going there.
I've been delighted with their service over the last 12 months.
