I have unfortunately had a similar experience to others who have left reviews here. I too planned a birthday surprise at Crown taking advantage of their ultimate Summer lunch offer. Unfortunately their refusal to allow us to use the pools on the same day as we had lunch, despite confirming our booking several days before, ruined my husband's birthday! An as for raising an issue with customer services: they simply tell you to fill out an e-mail. Luckily we're local and can warn visiting family and friends not to go near Crown Perth.

I made an appointment as a suprise for my boyfriend to get a deep tissue massage and I called an hour after the appointment to tell them my boyfriends motorbike had broke down and that he could get there in time... So they wouldn't let me reschedule or let me use the $200 as a credit at a later date?? So I wasted my money
great way for them to treat a customer

This is my second time here after a long time, over the weekend and I am now truly convinced this is the BEST spa in Perth. It is probably the ONLY proper spa in Perth, the rest being very exclusive beauty salons at best. I had the 60 min relaxation massage with Paula and she was amazing. So experienced and very comfortable to be around. I prefer my massages firm and she was just great. The facilities available are a hot pool (you have bring your bathers and for you to enjoy prior to treatment- about 30 mins), a steam room, showers (with shower necessities), a locker to keep your personal belongings, shower cap, hair dryer, relaxation room to have hot tea and water before and after your treatment. You do feel super relaxed after the whole experience. Be sure to get there on time to fully enjoy your experience. Like all spas, they will not tolerate or make up your tardiness (which is fair). Entrance of the spa was a little bit tricky for me, you have go through via stairs, after walking past the elevators near reception.

Isika day spa is absolutely AMAZING!! Loved it. My partner booked me in for a pregnancy massage. It was the best massage I have ever received. She made me feel totally comfortable and made sure I was happy. It was so clean and relaxing, made me feel so refreshed, it was exactly what I needed!! The girl at the reception was also lovely. After my massage I was able to use the spa and sauna i was given a robe with shampoos and conditioners so I could feel all new when I was ready to leave. Will definitely be back to enjoy some more relaxation. Definitely worth the money. Thank you ISIKA !!! x
