Pubs closed and the accommodation is terrible. The beds are uncomfortable. It's dirty and you have to wait around in the street for hours before anyone shows up to check you in. The one star is for its location

New owners have change the place too much. Trying to much to be like the 3 weeds. The back restaurant was over priced and disappointing.

Whole place is new and food is good, reasonable price , no1 service . Love the park next door

I honestly don't know why this place has such good reviews.
We went on a relatively quiet Sunday night and upon ordering were immediately told they had no beef patties for their apparently amazing beef burger.
After 45 minutes of still no food, we were told one of the chicken burgers couldn't happen because they were out of burger buns.
When food did eventually come almost twenty minutes after this, it came in very unappealing, undercooked and cold bits and pieces despite all of us ordering at the same time.
The tortellini was raw, gooey, cold pasta. The garden salad and mashed potato sides came after close to an hour and 15 minutes after ordering and were, to put it lightly, dismal. The salad was mostly oil on leaves with little to no flavour and the "mashed potato and gravy" was barely even warm, looked like it had been scooped out of the bucket and had the most watery bland gravy any of us had ever experienced.
Wouldn't come back here. Would definitely not recommend.
