Not clean. Overall bad service starting from the reception, she tried to charge us more when we already had the correct reservation paid months in advance.

my wife and i stayed in this hotel in 2 separate visits to biarritz within 2 weeks. the second time, we came back mostly for the restaurant La Ruelle. the food is excellent. every plate is superb, we had 3 dinners there. the hotel is ok too
