Good location. Rooms very small. Bed 1.4 meters wide. Breakfast, good quality in a very very small dining room.

A very conveniently located property, but the cost is the inconvenience of accessing the Hotel--up 2 flights of stairs just to get to the desk. Check in staff very friendly and helpful, and bicycle friendly.

Luggage storage is not secure
After checking out, we stored our luggage with the hotel staff. 3 hours later, when we got back, our backpack was no longer there. The manager did not come out to address the issue, and when confronted in his office, did not say hello or address me, but merely stated (without looking up from his computer work) that he did not personally handle the bags and thus knows nothing. He then suggested (still without looking up) that perhaps we imagined leaving the backpack there. He continued his work, ignoring us.
The luggage was placed at a open space in a hallway next to the elevator and stairway, between the kitchen, staff offices, and the main lobby. There were no security cameras. The staff who handled the bag apologized for forgetting to give us a bag tag. I reported the incident to the police, but nothing could be done. The manager still failed to come out to address us or apologize.
Be very careful. The hotel management does not care for your belongings.
