Nice staff, good breakfast and nice rooms on first look, but the cleanliness was bad. Both on pillow and around the room. Needs a thorough cleaning.

For the price I was expecting a little more. The hotel is on the back side of the building, so none of the rooms actually have a beach view from what I can tell. There's a central courtyard with some rooms that have a "private" patio area accessible, but it's all open and not very private at all. The rooms are in need of some serious deep cleaning -- there was black mold growing on the grout in the shower, and in general the room felt run down. Hotel staff was friendly and the location was right near the water and restaurants, so it wasn't terrible.

Just returned from 10 nights at Beau Rivage. The location was good, the buffet breakfast was excellent and the staff were very good but the Superior Room (204) was very small. The bottom of the beds almost touched the wall. I could hardly qualify this as being "superior". Just remembered we had ants around the bath rim.

Received a room with practically no light and had to argue with the staff to get a new room, although not fully booked.
Standards nowhere near a 4-star Hotel, and rooms tiny.
Had to speak to four people at the reception, on three seperate occasions, to change the duration of the stay (for an error they made) - and they still argued after the third day!
When the waiter at the restaurant spilt balsamico down my back (an honest mistake), they were first unable to get my shirt to the cleaners (took several people and two days), were unable to clean it and - worst of all - took no self-criticism. They blamed the restaurant, which obviously is a franchise, although we booked it along with our conference.
Did I say it's totally overpriced? Don't go here, for business nor pleasure.
