The hotel is very close to the nice ville train station. It's quite old and not very clean but the staff was nice

Central to everything g train tram shops restaurant and a short tram ride to the beach which was fantastic.

Stayed in July 2016. Not too bad but not fabulous either. Very good location. The corridors and stair areas are in poor condition and need updating.

Ok I admit it's in a very good location, but that's all there is to this "hotel" . It smells damp and mold, the walls are thin, and everything is out of fashion. I'm pretty sure Nice have some better options to offer for the same price range

An enjoyable place to stay. Decent location and the hotel wasn't that bad. The bathrooms need updated, but everything else was okay. The hallways smelled a little bit, but overall I would recommend staying here.
