Great Experience every time you are eating @ La Cave. Great food, Great wine, finding your wine is the cellar is a great idea... (thank to the Owner Marc for his advices)

A very nice place. Small authentic menu, excellent butcher beef. Efficient and very friendly service (merci encore...). For a wine freak a rather small selection of decently priced entry level wines in the cellar. Unfortunately no 'real treasures' and no top level wines available. However we enjoyed our meal and I would definitely recommend this and come back...

What a fantastic hidden gem this is, just two blocks north of the Arc de Triumph. I'll start off by saying I ate at Alléno Paris at Pavillon Ledoyen the night before, a Michelin three star restaurant. As much as I enjoyed that experience, the quality of my meal coupled with the genuine kindness and service of the owner made La Cave Lanrezac my favorite meal while in Paris.

To begin with, the owner opened the door for my wife and I and offered to address us in English, which we greatly appreciated. He offered us a glass of wine as we sat down, to which we obliged. We asked for red and full, and he made a selection for us from the restaurant's vast selection.

I started off with a pastrami Caesar salad. It was nice to try a different type of meat with this salad, outside of the basic chicken, shrimp, or steak you get stateside. The dressing and the pastrami complimented one another very well.

For our main course, my wife and I each had bacon wrapped chicken served over leaves. I absolutely loved this. I wish I had pried the owner a little more about what he sautéed the chicken in, because it came out perfect. My wife loved it so much, she finished it before me.

Last was dessert, and we chose the chocolate fondant, served with probably too much cream, but that was off to the side so it was inconsequential. I also had a cappuccino, which the owner was quick to ask if I preferred decaf (it was almost 10 pm on a Thursday), which I appreciated.

All told, our bill came to €104 with tax and gratuity, which were included in the price. The owner shook our hands as we left and sent us on our way. I strongly recommend taking the time to check out this unique yet affordable restaurant if you are in the area.

I truly cannot put into words how beautiful La Cave Lanrezac and owner Marc Roland are. My wife and I were married in Paris in April and found La Cave Lanrezac through our wedding coordinator Aude Abadie. Marc was completely gracious throughout the planning and was very helpful when we had dietary concerns. To have the option to rent out an entire restaurant in the middle of Paris that gets such amazing acclaim and a gracious host, we knew this was the place for us.We arrived at his restaurant after pictures to find all our guests had champagne in their hands and smiles on their faces. Marc is as charismatic as it gets and very witty, which made for a very fun night. The appetizers were beautifully created (Shrimps marinated on mango cream, Mushrooms soup with truffle, Fresh and smoke salmon tartar). The dinner consisted of multiple plates including Lobster Emultion, Chicken with Truffle, and delicious Asparagus. The pièce de résistance was the wedding cake Marc made. I cannot describe my wife's face when she first saw it. The cake consisted of red fruits pavlova and SPARKLERS. We had never seen anything like it before :) At the end of the night, he called taxis for everyone and also gave us our bottle of wine. I cannot thank you enough Marc! Paris will always hold a spot in our hearts and a huge part of why is you.
