Beautifully renovated old Castle with water moat and huge garden. Spacious and bright rooms. Friendly and English speaking service. Splendid French haute cuisine available. Big common area with billiard/pool table and table football on the second upper floor. 5km off Valenciennes train station but well connected by bus line 1 from Place Aubry to the city centre.
Only downside, the annoying simple blanket with a white sheet in between, instead of a proper duvet.
