Having actively avoided visiting the dentist for a number of years as a result of bad experiences, I eventually had no option. TFB proved to be an excellent choice. From the moment I entered the practice and throughout the numerous treatments I underwent, TFB were friendly, competent and professional.
The surgery itself is fully modernised and hygiene is clearly a priority. The support staff are accommodating and pleasant, treating all their customers as individuals. My dental surgeon, Thomas Baumgarten, takes pride in his perfectionism and assures his client’s comfort and understanding throughout. Every step of the way he ensured that I knew exactly what he was doing and selected treatments with consideration of both my needs and my budget.
In addition, and very importantly, all my visits were conducted primarily in English. Whilst I am comfortable with German, I was afforded added confidence in our communications.
TFB are an organisation of excellence and have demonstrated with ease that going to the dentist can be an educational and rewarding experience.
