Great beergarden right off the Spree. Get a good view of the Chancellery while knocking down a couple of cold ones. The restaurant also offers a fine selection of German fare. The business lunch that they offer is affordable and changes daily .

The draft poured from a wooden keg was delicious. We found the food to be a bit on the dry and bland side, compared to the same dish at other German restaurants. The inside was full so we had to sit outside, which is fine, except that the divider blew over on top of me while we were waiting for our food. Service was on the slow side, and we ended up waiting a good while for our order. English menu was available, though it was only offered to the French couple sitting next to us.

Great place with nice Bavarian options. It is a nice place to eat the typical food. The plates are well served. The service is good. There is a parking close to the restaurant.
It is not the best place lace to go with kids, there is no changing room for babies

This rating relates to the Biergarten. The food offering is minimal - wurst and pork knuckle. The menu board said also pizzas but when we asked (at 8:00pm) the said they had finished. Later we saw other people had been able to order. For a beer garden next to the river it has no atmosphere and lousy food. Oh, and wine is served in small beer pots. It is, however, cheap. I'd avoid.
