Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal, super freundliche Tierärzte und Helferinnen. Ich war jetzt 4 mal mit meinem Kater Balu in der Praxis und bin sehr zufrieden. Jede Frage wird ausführlich beantwortet, das Tier wird gründlich untersucht und behandelt, es herrscht keine Massenabfertigung.
Die negativen Beurteilungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
Von mir gibt es 5 Sterne und weiter so.

It's a good reliable place, people here speak fluent English, which is helpful when your pet is being diagnosed with something and your German isn't 100%. You can show up without an appointment and will usually be helped with in 20 min or so. I tend only to wait 5 min because I go during their quieter hours.
It is however a place that isn't made for friendships, so don't expect to bond with your vet.. this is the reason I only give them 4 stars, they're efficient but its clear they are of the mentality "ok I'm done with you, next please!" Other then that they're great.

Super friendly. My cat just had minor things done, so I can't judge the quality of surgeries or other services. However, staff was super nice, place light bright and nice even on a Tuesday evening.

Sorry, but I would not recommend it :-( ... I was there two times, and both times I was attended by young and not very involved Vets. I found them not enough professional and more just been there to get the hours to the finishing of their woking day. Lacks personal involvement from the Receptionist to the Vets, I would not recommend it. After my deception, I went to my local Vet's place, and I was given a much more throughout and professional check that solved my dogs problems. Big it is not better sometimes.
