Never again for carnival
These guys sell you chips for 30€ (to the whole group, so 150€ in total) in Karneval just to tell you 20 min later that they are closing (at around 10pm) on Rosenmontag.
Really unacceptable and no chance to get the money back.
Used to go there when studying in cologne. Always been sort of a cheap place. But this was a super bad experience.
