As a Gold Honors member, the amenities this hotel offers are ridiculous, and the rigid refusal of the front desk to make a one day change in location is maddening! Have you ever heard of customer service? Hello!
This hotel does not have an Executive Lounge, so to compensate, they offered us 2 drink coupons at the bar, for a one week stay-seriously? I needed to make a change in city from one Hilton to another for the last day, and they offered to do so only if I continued to pay for 90% of the reserved rate at the current hotel, plus the full rate at the new hotel. Are you kidding??? This is very likely my last stay at ANY Hilton hotel!

Beautiful rooms that are very updated and modern. Breakfast was a great addition. Beds are comfortable and all services provided by the hotel are fantastic.

Very friendly, professional staff. This was one of the only Hilton's where they provide you Hilton Coins which can be used in the snack shop. Great location near the train station. Room was rather spacious and modern.

It was the worst experience which I ever have experienced in Hotel. I got the room no. 614 at first and they didn't explain me about checkout time, breakfast place, and which room is mine, because we booked two room one for me and my wife and the other for my nephew's family. So I had to go to reception several times to ask such things. When I tried to open the door, it didn't work. After several times of trial, I could open the door. However, when I was about to leave the room, the door lock didn't work. I was very annoying because it was already 11pm and I and my wife was really tired. I went to the reception and explained that but she didn't listen my word at all and just gave me new card key. I was sure that the problem is because of the door not card key. Anyway, I tried to new card key again and it didn't work. So I went to reception again! The woman finally recognized and told me they will call the engineer at next morning. Can you believe it? The door couldn't be locked! I should sleep with the door being open. So I claimed to change the room and they gave me new room as a matter of unpleasant necessity! When I got the new card key, I recognized that they gave us just one card key at first. I booked king bed and dom view room. But the new room (no.438) was like a jail with tall wall and small window and we couldn't see the dom. Also, there was no water, tee, coffee and even a door latch which were in 614 room. Furthermore, the refrigerator in my nephew's room, no. 626, was flooding on the floor!
It was terrible experience for me and my family and we will visit Hilton hotel never again!!

Nice hotel, spacious reception area and bar. Large rooms. We had two combining rooms, as we booked a family room. Parking in the basement with good space.. Great location! Just across the street from the Cathedral... Friendly staff and clean, modern rooms.
