It's a pity that this place takes visitors for granted. The bar is located at a beautiful walking path right at the Elbe river. The place is a self service (you order at a bar, wait for your dish and go with a plate to any free table). We stopped there for a little snack - I had a potato-leak soup (which didn't have almost any potato in but a lot of carrots) for 3.40 €, my friend had a cheesecake for also around 3 €. The food was very unremarkable and the guy behind the counter (I assume the owner) rather rude.

Original german gaststätte. Good solid simple german food and beer for nothing. Nice location on the banks of the Elb with many tables outside. Great place.
