Ali Baba and the 40 thieves???? I got a better one: Ali Baba and Avis Budget.
This is a genuine Italian Mafia, they will rob money from you even after a month.
They sent me a letter for a parking fine, and they charged me from my credit card 42.70€ just for administrative fees!!!!! Apart from the fine!!!!! 42.70€ just for sending me the letter and passing my info to the local police!!!
Use Hertz Linate instead guys. Lovely office with helpful and beautiful girls.
I hope you go out of business Avis Budget.

Awful experience - I booked (and pre-paid) everything online and when I got there the person behind the counter told me they cannot give me my car as I don't have a UK document (I work and live in the UK but my passport and driver's licence are EU), although the credit card and my ID were under the same name. Very impatient and extremely rude at the end. The person's name was Maicol ? (some variation of Michael I assume). There was no manager on duty nor did he wish to tell me his surname.

RETURN ADDRESS: NOT the same as the office.
Return at 'via ruggero boscovich 18'
There is no information online that instructs you where to return the car (you cannot leave it at central station). The Office is a tiny room at central station with long queues and in the end they will give you the address where to return your car: via ruggero boscovich 18 (thats by the way also the address where you will be sent to to pick up a car).
