Good location to Rialtio and San Marcos Square. Breakfast buffet is okay. Air conditioning in room is great, modern amenities need better updates.

The rooms are like Venice - beautiful but somewhat aged. The service is great and the breakfast is good. The location is only about 5 minutes walk from San Marco and from the Rialto bridge, which is excellent.

Nice, cozy hotel in the tourist center of Venice. Clean though small. WiFi connection present but slow in places. Great breakfast. Very friendly staff. Just minutes from San Marco and Rialto bridge.
