This is a scam. I paid for an excursion to swim in the cenotes and snorkel with the turtles. Received an initial email but no confirmation of date or time. I emailed and called the number on the i initial email; both were fake. I have disputed the charges. Do not use this service. I hope PayPal will stop doing business with them.

I paid for a tour for my wife and I. We never got any information for the tour we purchased. Tried calling, emailing, and using their website chat feature and never got any reply.
