Giving this place a two, because there are not a lot of decent options in Tecoman. Place is trying to be clean, but missing detail. The gal at the front desk named "Lily" is extremely RUDE!! She has no reason to be in customer service. The pool area looks nice, but you cannot see through the water, it is like a swamp. Their idea of pool maintenance is adding more chlorine. The restaurant food is ok, but the service in there is sub par, even for Mexico. There was a bug in our bed, "BED BUGS?" If you are looking for a nice stay, Keep Looking!!
