I have just recently celebrated my birthday at this wonderful establishment. All my guests were extremely pleased with the rooms, the service and the food. Everyone in the staff was very attentive, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and modern and you can always ask for a room overlooking the old Danube river. Their menu, a fusion of Romanian and Italian cuisine, is rich in choice, well balanced and all the dishes are cooked à la carte. Good wine selection as well. I strongly recommend Saint Germain! You won't be disappointed! Thank you all for making my birthday special!

Amazing hotel, amazing restaurant, amazing service. After staying one night at this location, me and my wife, traveled the country. After a week and a half we went back to Braila and we stoped by the St Germain restaurant just to have dinner because we did not find in the entire country a restaurant/hotel with the same quality of food and amazing staff. We will definitely come back to saint germain when we visit romania again.

The GOOD: great central location; free private parking; free working wi-fi; clean, modern room, quality furnished, with Danube view; boutique hotel; rather helpful staff; good breakfast with outdoor seating;
The BAD: small rooms with no balcony; late check-in hour; AC works only with the window shut;

The hotel is nice and intimate,very clean. The furniture is modern, I just loved the design of the bath. I was very surprised to have a memory foam mattress,which was great! Also, the staff is friendly.
