Tried to order online a cake via Chantilly part of Patigram for a family member who lives in Cluj. They have processed the order with the delivery address given but did not request payment. Also they didn't ask who makes the order and if the delivery address is different than the address of the person who makes the order. Same story with names and contact details. Tried the online listed numbers and the numbers are not allocated as the robot says. This is a badly designed website. Tried via contact form to contact the business and it doesn't seem to go further. I am very keen for my order to be a surprise and I do not wish my sister in law to know about it until it gets delivered. Also there is no way of sending a message to the receiver with the cake. Now waiting for a contact from them to sort this situation out. The way the website is designed is very poor. Can't really comment on the cakes yet but first impression is not good at all.

Restaurantul La Luca este foarte cochet . Mancarea foarte buna . Bar racoritor si o terasa minunata.
