Loved the beaches in Constanta. The umbrellas and plethora of lounge chairs is great and not too expensive. There is club music playing from speakers scattered throughout the beach so that gives you an idea of the atmosphere. Pretty fun though I'd say, even though that isn't usually my scene.

Quiet and good for family.
The stairs require serious maintenance and light. Its a shame really. Adding garbage bins is required as people are usually leaving the garbage at the base of the stairs.
