Once the best shop in town, right now it is visited for movie theater, fitness center, food courtyard and convenience store. There it is also some shops were you can find merchandise for the right price (Ecco - shoes, Bigoti - men clothes).

it was a bit strange for me to navigate from the parking to the mall and find the way inside. other than that not bad
The Mega Image shop was big and nice.

Oldest mall of Constanta, in what once was the busiest commercial area of the city. It feel out of the favor of many because the zone was heavily populated by poor people and after the new modem malls were built.

Tomis Mall is an overally great mall, and one of the first ever built in the city of Constanta. It is also situated near some very interesting touristic objectives that are usually open all-year round, and it's placed in a distinct with really pretty architecture, if you're into that.
It manages itself quite well despite facing budget cuts, you can find a variety of shops and stores, such as jewelry, art supplies, toys, gifts, but mainly centered on food and clothing. When it comes to entertainment, the mall features an arcade lounge with a lot of fun games to play, an Xbox arena, and, in my opinion, the best looking cinema in town!
When it comes to our children, you can find quite the spacious Pirate themed playground, with a lot of fun puzzles and entertaining sea-themed slides and playhouses and whatnot. The mall also houses a local Kids club, which is centered on music and dance, and they also hold plays in the food court portraying different stories and talented children.
The reason why i gave it only four stars is its severe lack of an electronics store or anything of the sort. Sure, it compensates by being placed in an area with a few such outside stores, but it's a bit off-putting.
Overally, it's a decent mall with a lot of quiet spots to clear your mind and one of the nicest views in town, so it's always worth a visit!

A shopping mall with an attitude. It just got bigger recently. Nice range of shops. Prices are above average.
