I wouldn't reccomend "La Etaj" if you want to have fun in the city. The cafe is very small and does not have a lounge for non-smokers. The drinks are not very good as well, especially their fruit drinks. They are basically just colored water with ice in them. The prices are high as well and the cafe is most of the time full. It is not a place for big groups as well, as they only have one large table.
