Great hotel. Excellent european breakfast. A short walk to all the best Madrid shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

This hotel is situated near one of the key spots of Madrid, puerta del sol. Whether you come here for a vacation, or to enjoy what Madrid has to offer after a long day of meetings, it could not be at a better place.

Location is great, right in the centre. Room for a single person is tiny. One window that overlooks a brick wall and other rooms. No light, just two lamps. They use up 2 of the 3 plug sockets. The other is the TV so if you want to charge your phone, you sit in the dark. Bathroom is OK. If you're just sleeping in it, fine. If you want to catch up with work or anything, it's a little cramped.

Lovely hotel, so near from the center. The people is nice and the rooms are beautiful and clean. We enjoy our time there.

Easy to find, right next to Grand Via with many shopping possibilities, and also close to Sol and the castle. Nice room with a large bathroom and air conditioning. (very important when it's almost 40 degrees) Simple and good hotel breakfast with freshly squeezed fruit juice and a calm atmosphere. The staff is also very friendly! Overall, we had a nice stay.
