The worse nail place ever, the girl had no idea what she had no idea what she was doing and she took for ever I have had nails all of my life this time after one day they started cracking and the nail she replaced was bent upwards and they OVER CHARGED ME not refill price but new nails. When I complained they didnt care. Wont ever ever recommend this place!

They ruined my nails. Total disaster.
The reviews were so positive I thought to give full trust to this place.
I ordered their high-end service packages for both my manicure and pedicure.
I had gel lacquer on my nails.
-they promised a 1.5 hour service one day before. I was surprised but thought they are that professional and have enough people so 2 people work on one client at the same time. Nope. It was more than 4 hours.
-for that 4 hours I got offered one drink. Which they left at some point so I was thirsty and hungry by the end. Especially I'm pregnant I shouldn't be without water or food for that long. I couldn't prepare for this because of the incorrect information.
-they kept changing the person who was doing my nails, which caused different shaping and sizes of the nails.
-the personnel had to search for working equipment as they were all over the places and many of them didn't work.
-they didn't have any proper gel lacquer removal liquid. What they had even didn't use properly and simply didn't work as it supposed to be. The excuse was that the lacquer was "super strong". I had it removed several times without any issue and pain.
-they used buffers to remove the lacquer even though I expressed I have huge pain. They over did it and still after 2 weeks my nails are in pain. Have to wait until it grows down for several weeks/months
-the file they used is too thick so the shaping wasn't done properly and at the same time they were filing my fingers also not just the nails
-originally I wanted to have gel lacquer applied but after all this I changed to average lacquer. They applied it to my toe nails and it didn't fully dry after 1.5 hours waiting. Of course on my hand it was worse. Bad quality lacquer.

They took off the lacquer from my finger nails and offered me to stay for another lacquer to be applied. Or come back the next day. No way!! I do a way better job than any of those people who buffed off my nails to pain.
I would recommend to find another company based on my terrible experience.

Came here for a Manicure, very pleased with the service. The girl did a fab job, great finish and treatment, atmosphere is lovely. A very cute little spot to get pampered and good value for money.

Really nice and cosy beauty salon. Very profesional staff. I am going again and would absolutely recomend.

Beautiful salon, easy to use website and great service during my visit. The used products are in high quality and the employees are very skilled. I am very pleased with my first visit. :)
