Great location friendly helpful staff. Grounds and rooms spotless only one negative is no lighting in rooms. Ladies get your make up on before sun set.

HAD a great time during our stay used the Level experience. We had a sea view room on 5th floor the far reaching views which were amazing. We will return and we will be requesting the same room.
Location is excellent some of the staff were very pleasant missing it already. Met people who have been visiting for over 12 years I think that speaks for itself.

Incredible place with good bedrooms and nice food, where you can relax and enjoy your holidays without any problema.

This place was perfect. Usually you will always have at least one complaint about a hotel but I can honestly say this place had nothing wrong with it. The rooms where cleaned spotless everyday, the breakfast buffet selection was huge and very tasty, the dinner selection was again huge, very tasty and fresh. The guy cooking the meat in front of you was very nice. The pool areas were beautiful and very clean with alot of sun beds around. In the evening there was a saxophonist one night, a violinist another for entertainment which was cool. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful the whole time. ZERO complaints. Would 100% reccomend. Perfect for couples, family's or friends!

Close to the harbour of Banus. The rooms are large but some small things need some maintenance in the future. The pools and gardens are fabulous.
