El SICAB es la mayor muestra ( concursos, exhibición, espectáculos, etc ) de caballos de pura raza española del mundo , que se celebra en el Palacio de Congresos de Sevilla en la última semana del mes de Noviembre de cada año en Sevilla . No es permanente .-

I have been to the SICAB before but this year has been fantastic. For keen Andalusian horsey people it is the best. But just to see the horses and the lovely shops its worth a visit. Sevilla is a super city visit at this time of the year.
