A bit small. Lots of weight machines but not many cardio machines. They had a spin class that looked super fun and intense! The staff was friendly but it was difficult asking for a class schedule in English.

Very helpful staff the weekly rate is quite reasonable. The weights section has a very good range of equipment and gym etiquette is brilliant. The local members are very friendly. As an avid gym goer fit 15 years I'd rate this better than my gym back in London
