I've had several gyrotonic sessions and also tried out som gyrokinesis at this studio. The owner, Josefin Ekström, has a solid background as a pilates trainer but seems especially passionate about the gyrotonic method. In individual sessions, she has a keen eye for specific issues, and she has taken care to pace the progress carefully to suit my needs. I'd recommend for anyone to try it out.
