Warning! If you need to rebook your flight, it is only possible via telephone and you probably have to wait for 1 hour. And I waited for 1 hour and a caller just hung up!!! She did not speak good English and sounded nervous. She just hung up. Imagine yourself trying to rebook your return ticket from abroad and getting through this, then go ahead and book through this service.

Be very very careful when booking with this company! It's a real scumbag operation. It's better to not book with them at all but if you still should against better judgement then please note all your travel details after booking. I promise you that you'll see misspellings of your name or date of birth. If you are not careful and you pay after this then you'll be forced to pay a fee to correct whatever is wrong or your ticket won't be usable. I am certain that this is done intentionally to squeeze money from unsuspecting customers. Please be careful! Don't pay if you see any mistakes! The booking will then be automatically cancelled due to non payment! I must reiterate what a dishonest operation this company runs! Please choose another company for your business! Pay a little more and get som peace of mind!

WARNING!!
I had wrong name issue after booking the flight tickets with this company but I was sure I have entered all the passengers name correctly. I am wondering this company does not response through email and they force to talk to them by phone but their phone systems are very strange. Some how I managed to talk to them and narrated my issue and they resolved after taking money to correct the passengers name, that should not happen. In total, my experience was very bad with this company and feel that I have been cheated.

Watch out for this scam company, i bought a ticket for my mum who is 72 years old and disabled on wheelchair, i checked the ticket on the resc.se the price was 3200kr to Doha from qatar airways the problem was transit time in Doha which was 9hours and imposibel for a disabled person to sit in the airport on wheelchair for 9hours therfore i called resecentrum and after waiting 35min on the phone finally someone answerd i asked the seller if he can find me a ticket with less transit time which he did and told me the price would be 3710sek and insured that was the cheapest ticket, i believed him and bought the ticket directly over the phone. When i get home i checked the resecentrum website the same ticket the same transit time on their website was 3194kr i was chocked and called directly again after hours spending with rude people (her name was Shadi) who hanged upp the phone two times on me Finally the manager David Tigersson offerd me to deduct 595kr from my ticket and refund the rest i explined to him the difference between their online ticket and phone ticket was 500kr now he suggested me to give him 595kr so he could cancel my ticket the most ridiculous suggestion a manager could give to someone and at the end he told me i have 10 minutes to decide if i want to cancel my ticket and pay a penalty of 595kr or keep the ticket which on their website was 500kr cheaper than what i paid over telephone and then he hanged upp the phone on me.
