If you want luxury, you won't find it here. But if you're backpacking through Turkey on a budget and end up in Kuşadası, this is a great place to stay!
First things first: there's no air conditioning. But surprisingly we didn't need one. The rooms don't get hot and the fan they provide is more than enough for a good night's sleep.
The included breakfast included an omelet or boiled egg, some vegetables, cheese, butter, gem (and a few more things to spread on the included bread), a glass of juice and tea/coffee. Enough to go exploring with your belly full :) Also there's no time limit for it (you can get your breakfast at 6pm if you want).
The location is ok, close to the bazaar and cruise ship dock, but far from the beaches.
The staff is lovely!
There's quite a bit of noise in the morning (and since you'll probably be sleeping with your windows open, it can wake you up).
Right in front of the hotel (and most streets around it), every Friday there's a... well, Friday Market: all streets are closed to traffic and filled with people selling all sorts of stuff (mostly vegetables and fruits, meats and spices). It's really nice.
The hotel is about 15-20 min walk from the otogari, so if you're arriving to Kuşadası by bus it's great. It's also very close to a mini-bus station (5 min walk) that will take you anywhere you need to go around the town (National Park, Ephesus, beaches, or just downtown).
They have Wi-Fi included and it works ok for minor stuff (checking your mail or social media), but it's quite slow so don't expect any media streaming to work :)
