This hotel turned out to be nothing what we hoped for. The rooms are lovely, spacious and clean and the hotel is centrally located with lots of amenities on your doorstep.
Most of the staff however is quite rude and not willing to help. We paid extra for a sea view and a king size bed, however been given a standard room facing the very busy main road. We been here four days now and still cannot get used to the constant noise. Even throughout the night. We spoke to various people about swapping rooms, would not mind to pay more, but according to them there no room available. Having said that, we do see lots of new arrivals every day.
The food is very bad. Nothing seem to have any flavour and we eat out regularly. The hotel clearly favours Russian guests, who do not have any manners. They will push in front of you Ina queue - and often you will find yourself alone who is actually queuing.
I cannot recommend this hotel and we are definitely not enjoying our stay here.

After visiting this hotel for a few years running, my partner and I were really excited to return. In hindsight I wish we hadn't stayed there as the issues we experienced were not taken on board by the hotel in a correct manner and we were called liars (not directly I might add) and we were not believed and any resolution we were offered was offered at the end of our stay and not at the beginning of our visit which would have ment any further issues would have been avoided.
The food quality has gone so down hill that you are more inclined to eat out than eat what you've already paid for in this hotel. The food is the same everyday, the only variation being that the same food is cooked in a different way to try and make it look like they're giving you variety. Most of the salads have copious amount of thyme in them so you cannot have just a plain salad unless you have the snacks between 3-4 where you can have plain lettuce leaves.
Lots of guests push into the bar queues and foods queues and when confronted just give you dirty looks. You are encouraged to complain to the hotel about this however, they do nothing to stop it. I must add here that the bar staff handled these guests brilliantly by refusing service until the pushy guests went to the back of the queue.
The bedrooms are not cleaned on a daily or even weekly basis. Your towels are changed but don't expect them to change your bed sheets or clean the bathroom facilities or even replace the toilet rolls because they won't. We had to ask for at reception on multiple occasions for toilets roll.
The hotels only saving grace now is the entertainment team, Rico, Iso, Dennis and Ibo, who try their best to make your holiday enjoyable whilst working with the massive financial cut backs from the hotel which stretch them to exhaustable means (and sometimes not even being allowed a day off). The bar staff are great! Two girls in particular one called Gulseren who was an absolute delight every time we saw her, the other girl didn't wear a name badge but has long black hair, she was always ready with a smile and looked after us.
After this experience I can safely say my partner and I will never visit this hotel again as it's attitude to customers with a genuine issue is appalling. If it wasn't for the bar staff, the entertainment team and the people we met during our holiday we would have had a awful time but these three aspects made it worth it with no help from the hotel or management team.
